Salary Now – A Brand of KKSV BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

1. General

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” / “Customer”) and KKSV BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED operating under the brand name “Salary Now”. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Salary Now website, mobile application, platform, products and services (“Platform” or “Services”). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, salaried, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Role of Salary Now

Salary Now is a technology platform that facilitates Users to apply for loans from regulated NBFC / Financial Institution lending partners (“Lenders”). The Company does not lend directly, does not guarantee approvals, and does not determine loan terms. All credit decisions are solely taken by the respective Lender.

4. Registration and Account Security

Users must provide accurate personal, employment and financial information. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under their account. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts in case of false or misleading information.

5. Consent to Data Collection & Verification

Users consent to collection and verification of personal and financial data including credit bureau checks, device data usage, location tracking for fraud prevention, and sharing of data with lending partners and verification agencies.

6. Loan Application & Disbursement

Loan approvals and terms are determined solely by the Lender. Repayment obligations remain valid even if the User uninstalls the application or stops using the Services.

7. Communications

Users consent to receive communications via SMS, email, phone calls, push notifications, WhatsApp or other electronic modes regarding account activity, loan updates, collections or marketing.

8. User Responsibilities

Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Platform
Not engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities
Not upload misleading or harmful content
Not attempt unauthorized system access

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including trademarks, logos, software and design are the exclusive property of KKSV BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee loan approval, uninterrupted service or accuracy of third-party data.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, data or service interruptions caused by third-party systems or lending partners.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
