If the borrower does not receive a response from the GRO within 14 (fourteen) days of making a representation or if the borrower is not satisfied with the response received from the GRO, the borrower may reach the Nodal Officer
If any customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by Grievance Redressal officer within 30 days of receipt of complaint then customer can lodge complaint to the RBI Ombudsman Portal at cms.rbi.org.in
